At high temperature, turn off the power with the electric furnace cooling early cooling speed is too fast, may lead to crucible cracking.4. The distance between the crucible and the heating body (such as carbon pipe, silicon molybdenum rod or heating wire, etc.) should be more than 5CM. Shall not be used in carbon and iron related products.5. The bottom of large crucible (more than 100mm) should not be in direct contact with the bottom of the furnace as far as possible.
