Siliphos has been utilized in the commercial food service industry for thirty years and has been proven to be effective in both eliminating and reducing existing scale build-up on fixtures, pipes and appliances. In addition, it doesn't utilized salt, keeps new scale and calcium deposits from forming on your pipes and appliances. The Aquios filter has a 150,000 gallon rating. It is recommended that the filter be replaced every 6-12 months for a typical family of four.
